REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

1.Application Processing

Once you have submitted your application for business registration, our team begins processing it promptly. Due to the nature of our services, we cannot provide refunds once the processing has started.

2. Incorrect Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information during the registration process. Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Service Completion

We strive to complete the registration process efficiently. Once the registration is successfully completed, no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellation Window

Customers have the option to cancel their registration request within 24 hours of submitting the application. To request a cancellation, please send an email to udyamregister76@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."

5. Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may be applicable based on the stage of processing. If the cancellation is requested within the first 24 hours, no cancellation fee will be charged. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may be applied based on the work completed.

6. Refund Processing

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

7. Denial of Cancellation:

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if the processing has already commenced or if the request is made after the specified cancellation window.
